Design a progression of four drills to teach a single skill to
secondary school physical education students. You should design your drills to progress from a
simple introductory drill to a complex drill that incorporates the skill into a game or
life-like situation. You may choose a skill from one of the two categories below.

Specialized skills from games and sports, gymnastics, or
aquatics.

Fitness activities, outdoor/adventure pursuits, or rhythmics
and/or dance.
