Given below are scores for four students on the modified pull-up from the FitnessGram health-related fitness test.

(Please note that on the real Praxis Exams you may be asked a similar question about nearly any test item on the FitnessGram or Physical Best. The 2000-2001 TAAG: Education includes a sample question on the Back-Saver-Sit-and-Reach. I encourage you to write your own practice questions by varying the age/sex, test item, and individual's score parameters.)

  1. For each of the four students develop a six-week plan to improve or maintain his or her fitness level.  The plan must include appropriate activity for each child's age and developmental level.

  2. Identify one principle or concept from motor development, motor learning, exercise physiology, or biomechanics and explain how it relates to one or all areas of your six-week plans.
