Planned and conducted physical activities for the Second Annual Field Day for Harnett Production Enterprises - a sheltered workshop for disabled individuals. September 21, 2001.

Attended the College and University NC PE Standard Course of Study Curriculum input meeting on the campus of Elon College on May 23, 2000. Served as Webmaster for the PE 4 NC Website and as Administrator of the PE 4 NC Mailing List (ended December 2000 with adoption of Standard Course of Study).

Participated in Team Teaching PED 340: Secondary PE Methods at Barton College with PETE Faculty from Chowan College, Meredith College, Methodist College and Barton College during the Spring Semester of 2000.

Established a continuing collaboration for fieldwork experiences with Harnett Production Enterprises, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), Lillington, NC. Dr. Woolard and physical education majors, and other students under her guidance conduct an on-site physical activity and recreation program for physically and mentally disabled adults. (January 1995- to date)

Established a continuing collaboration for fieldwork experiences with Harnett County Schools, Lillington, NC. Dr. Woolard and elementary education majors and physical education majors under her guidance volunteer as teaching assistants in physical education at schools in the Harnett County School System. (September 1994- to date)

Established a continuing collaboration for fieldwork experiences with Community Living Skills (a life skills workshop for the mentally disabled), Dunn, NC. Dr. Woolard and physical education majors and other students under her guidance conducted an on-site physical activity and recreation program for physically and mentally disabled adults. (January 1995 to May 1998 when Community Living Skills was no longer funded in Harnett County).

Sworn in and served as a Guardian ad Litem for the First Judicial District of North Carolina. A Guardian ad Litem is court-appointed child advocate empowered to investigate cases of suspected child abuse and make recommendations to the court based upon what is best for the child. (1993-1998)

Collaborated with Ruby Price and other teachers and coaches of Bertie High School on maximizing practice time, motor-engagement time, and time-on task in physical education and fast pitch softball. (March 1997)

Collaborated with Eddie-Jo St. Pierre of Currituck High School. Taught ninth grade physical education at Currituck High School for one week during the Spring Break and helped with curriculum revision for the 1996-1997 school year. (March 1996)

Supervised field work experiences at local junior and senior high schools as arranged through the ECSU Department of Teacher Education. (1992-1994)

Mars Hill Elementary School, Mars Hill, NC. Elementary education and physical education majors worked as teaching assistants in physical education for the classroom teacher. Their performance was supervised as a field experience. (1988-1991)

Mountains of Madison Enterprises, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), Mars Hill, NC. Physical education majors, recreation majors, and other students conducted an on-campus physical activity and recreation program for physically and mentally disabled adults. (1988-1991)

David Lipscomb University Campus School, Nashville, TN. I served as a consultant on learning experiences and the students and teachers of the Campus School assisted with the production of videotapes on physical education curriculum in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades. (1987-1988)
